Here's how our system works - to start a search we typically require a deposit of $ 499, that's it! We will agree on the fee that we will be receiving to fill a position prior to starting any work with you. We will then set the position up in our system and start to attract candidates.
As we said on the home page, most recruiters charge between 15 and 25% of the annual salary for candidates. Our fees average about 9-11% so you'll be spending about half of what other recruiters charge.
That's why we offer different models for healthcare, security guards, janitorial services, and hospitality. With our model you will be charged an initial engagement fee (so we can set you up in our system) and then a much lower per hire charge. The range of these fees will depend on the amount of certifications needed.
It really does depend on the positions you are trying to fill. We usually have new candidates to send to our clients after the first 48 hours of posting a new position. Yup, it's that fast!
The short answer is that times have changed. It used to be harder to find applicants and we've created a proprietary system that combines job sites, social media and a few secret ingredients to help identify better candidates much faster and more economically than it was possible in the past. We want to pass that savings on to our clients.
We will be asking you for as much information as you have around the positions you want to fill. Any and all information you have will be helpful. If you don't have a job description, we can create that for you. We are also interested in the culture of your office to help find people who will be a good fit.
In fact we do! We can provide a DISC analysis for your top candidates if that would be helpful. We wouldn't recommend offering this to all of your candidates, usually just your top contenders. If you are not familiar with the DISC analysis we can walk you though it and help you understand how the report can help identify which skills candidates might have that may work best for your open positions.
Absolutely, our DISC analysis costs $ 50 per participant and that includes a debrief with us to help explain your results. We can even do a call or in-person meeting with your staff to explain how different DISC profiles can work together in an office environment.
Yes you can, we will work together to adjust whatever is needed to help drive the right amount of candidates to you.
Once you have engaged with us and we have started a search you will begin to hear from us with candidates that may be a good fit for your open position(s). Once you hire someone for the position you will be responsible for paying us the appropriate fee. You will not be charged this fee until your position is filled.
